Who we are

LockStone IT is David Lesiak and Richard Liu, based in Cork, Ireland. We decide how the details you send us are used. Contact either of us: David at [email protected] or 083 097 9805, or Richard at [email protected] or 089 405 9981.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or contact us, we keep what you give us: your name, your practice or firm, your town, how many devices you have, and your phone number or email address.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details only to reply to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing.

Who sees it

Only the two of us. Your message is stored by our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If a quote doesn't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for our records and for tax law.

You can ask us for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
